I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes the last few years, and she has been the most attentive, kind and helpful. The downsides of this place are the washers and dryers. They eat my money often, but I call Carla to let her know and she gives me my quarters back the next day! The carpet in the hall is also pretty old and not too attractive, but they say they are going to replace it once the dogs (existing dogs were grandfathered in, they no longer accept dogs ) are no longer on the property. Who knows. The apartment, itself, has been pretty great. Nice carpet, huge rooms, good sized bathrooms , and nice walk in closet in the master. The appliances are kinda old, but they work just fine. The neighbors get kinda loud at times and I admit, I get pretty annoyed at that. There's not much anyone can do though. Some of the noise comes from the other apartment...

This location is ideal, every highway is accessible within a mile radius along with the mall and multiple grocery stores . The exterior of the complex is well maintained, the lawn is always manicured which is nice. That being said, the complaints I do have revolve around maintenance. The laundry room conditions are horrendous, the machines are always breaking down and I found that the detergent doesn't always release into the machine so we resorted to using tide pods. I did the laundry today and found a trail of dead ants by the washing machine, which could have easily been cleaned up by the maintenance crew but it wasn't. It costs two dollars to use the washing machine and another two to use the dryer and you would think that the room would be somewhat maintaine...

The management really cares i would give 10 stars if i could! If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. First of all, They took over 13 days to tell me that I had been approved for an apartment. They didn't even call me to let me know. I had to call them. Then the day I was going to go ahead and put down a holding deposit on an apartment, they had a fire the previous day which obviously means that their first priority is finding a temporary place in vacant apartments so I still did not know if I was actually going to get an apartment. The guy in the front office told me by the end of the day that they would call me and let me know if there would be an apartment for me after all. Here's the kicker: The holding fee is non refundable after 72 hours, regardless of whether or not you are approved. That is $240 dollars, before they even let you in the door. Here is what happened to us: They dragged the application process out for twelve days, three of which they did not answer phones or emails at all (I called 15 times). During that process I continued looking for a home, since we had to move out on short notice. Nate Sanders said some of the people living in the low- income housing development on East Broad Street near Wade Boulevard owe thousands of dollars for heating bills — but residents believe those numbers are inaccurate. Apartment operators have not given the tenants access to meters so they can check whether their heating bills are accurate, said Sanders, who said he owes more than $2,000.
