The property is a very nice place to live. The community is also very nice and always willing to help with any of my needs. The only recommendation I would make is adding central air to the units.

Love how they have resident appreciation events such as waffle Wednesday and donut Friday. Love how safe I always feel, even at night! The new management is great too.

Best apartment complex in cheney. Originally only picked eagle point for being the closest to the school but have decided to stick with them for next year because they have been very understanding and take care of maintenance issues almost automatically. Love the new management!

This was under the old management company but a though the owners LGD treated us poorly. We had a toilet malfunction (chain came of handle inside toilet and toilet had clogged), they told the person at apartment that he needed to sign a form so they could enter apartment. They then completed this form a later date with incorrect information and told us it was proof we were liable for damages. After many meetings with the "Past-Tenant Account Manager" they did say this was common practice and this form was not going to be used against us. (five witnesses)

Just signed a lease and am working on moving into my apartment. I found the office staff to be very helpful and nice during the entire process. I can't wait to get all settled in and experience life at EaglePoint.

They also have very down to earth and honest employees that make getting your first apartment fast and easy.

Eagle point has been my first true apartment. I have had some of the best experiences living here. Eagle point employees are always there to fix things or answer questions when needed. Eagle point apartments are also a fun atmosphere from the pool to the barbecues that are free to use whenever! I can honestly say my experience at eaglepoint has been nothing but enjoyable!

In all seriousness this complex has become a staple in Cheney and with the new management has taken a complete 180 as far as service goes. They are also great with helping with any situation you might be having. Living space is very large especially the 4 bed 3 bath and with more building being built every year the community is only growing.

Lived here two years back. The events and get togethers were always a lot of fun and the apartments were great. So much better than the Dorms and the other apartments I had seen/lived in around Cheney.

Eagle Point is great! It is very close to campus, bus stops across the streets, and the maintenance people are awesome and very quick to help out!

This is the first apartment complex I have lived in and I couldn't be happier with the choice. The new management is very quick and efficient especially when it comes to maintenance requests. The staff is very helpful when answering questions over the phone and know what they are talking about. I'm very pleased with my experience so far.

I have had little to nothing to complain about Eagle Point. Their prices are affordable for the massive sized apartments that are offered. It is a great opportunity for students ready to get out of the dorms and move in to a great community.

I love that Eagle Point is so close to campus! The close bus stops are also extremely convenient. Nice, large apartment with great views of the sunset! The change in management has been great too. All maintenance requests get done within a day or two which is wonderful. Only thing I would change would be maybe having parking permits.
