Riverchase Apartments in Indianapolis, Ind., recently sold to an out-of-state buyer for an undisclosed amount, brokerage CB Richard Ellis announced today. Colorado-based Continental Realty Advisors purchased the 216-unit community, which is its first acquisition in the Indianapolis market, from JC Hart. An explosion and fire at an apartment building in South Pasadena Tuesday left a woman seriously injured, police said. Firefighters and police officers were sent to the 1700 block of Huntington Drive about 6:30 a.m., according to the Pasadena Police Department . The 12-unit complex was evacuated, and firefighters quickly extinguished the flames. The woman, who was not immediately identified, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said.
