No one injured in Fox Ridge Apartments fire | Local News

No one was injured when a fire started on a stove when a tenant wasn't home at Fox Ridge Apartments, 952 State Ave., Blair, at about 3:30 p.m. today.

According to Fire Chief Kent Nicholson, a neighbor called 911 to report the fire. A smoke detector was sounding in the tenant's unit. The building was evacuated.

Nicholson said he does not believe there is fire or smoke damage in the unit.

The property, which is being renamed City Crest , consists of 200 Class B units. SAN ANTONIO — The RADCO Cos. has acquired Mesa Ridge apartments in San Antonio. The property, which is being renamed City Crest , consists of 200 Class B units. RADCO Residential will manage the property, and the Atlanta- based multifamily investors plans to spend up to $2.9 million on capital improvements to the community. RADCO financed the acquisition using private capital through Prudential Financial. City Crest was built in 1984 and is located in the medical center submarket of northwest San Antonio .
