It served its purpose as a great starter apartment , low in cost compared to many other apartments, and a great location. However, there were always common issues of noisy neighbors, bugs coming in and out, AC mishaps, and breaking doors / cabinets. The response to these issues were always quick and got the job done. I would recommend it as a starter apartment but not long term. First, I want to say that the maintenance staff here is well-prepared, fast and top notch. They are reliable and generally awesome. As is the office staff. We have a very nice new washer/dryer combo in the the unit. The grounds are pleasant (though they have some drainage issues). And they do an excellent job of keeping the snow plowed in the winter. That being said, I have really, really mixed feelings about this complex.
