Radical Hospitality Group to Bring New Dining Concept to Top Floor of Wells Fargo Building in Downtown Denton

DENTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Radical Hospitality Group (RHG), owners and operators of such restaurant concepts as the successful LSA Burger Co. and Barley & Board in Denton, TX, as well as Earl’s 377 Pizza and Bumbershoot Barbecue in Argyle, TX, announced today that they will be expanding its footprint in downtown Denton with a NEW dining concept on the top floor of the Wells Fargo building.

RHG, whose principal partners are John ‘Sparky’ Pearson, Earl Herrington and Steve Watkins, have signed a lease with building owner Jack Bell Property Management for the eighth floor of the building located at 101 South Locust Street, Denton, TX – a 5,500 square foot space currently under construction. This new enterprise will seat approximately 150 guests, encompassing the entire eighth floor, providing unrestricted views, north, east and west.

“I’m very excited about this new concept,” said Sparky Pearson. “Through this new venture, we will be introducing a new culinary adventure with a keen eye on design modeled with a concept that leverages the strengths of every member on our team. We’re counting down the days until we open our doors and share our new restaurant with the community.”

An additional feature that will be built for the new concept is an elevator that will be solely dedicated for patrons as well as restaurant staff. Plans are currently underway to build the new structure on the east side of the building, providing guests with an exclusive entryway to what is promised to be the best view in downtown Denton.

This new concept from RHG is slated to open in the Summer of 2018.
