Grand Oaks Apartments management says they are 'committed to continuous improvements'; Tenants upset about lack of maintenance
GRAND BLANC, MI -- A management team is out at Grand Oaks Apartments today working with residents with any lingering problems caused by rain water, according to a statement. Witten said he recently moved out of the apartment after trying to get property management to repair leaks and damages but they were not done. Residents who live in townhouses in Grand Oaks are threatening a law suit against management after water leaks and other issues have not been resolved after months or years of complaining. Kelley Snyder and her husband, Dan Neff, were so fed up that they decided to speak with an attorney and they will soon be testing for mold build up in the basement.
