HARRISBURG, Pa. -- New developments in last year's wall collapse in Harrisburg, raises concerns about the potential for another collapse. It's a potential danger for people who walk or drive along Cameron Street near the Mulberry Street Bridge . This comes less than a month after Dauphin County documents showed the owners of MacFarland apartments admitted to owning the retaining wall that fell on a business below. This is a story that FOX 43 News has been following since May 2016, but for business owner Howard Henry , it's a story that has yet to have a happy ending. KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - Overnight rains have led to historic flooding in portions of the Kansas City metro area .  Johnson County Emergency says businesses at 103rd and State Line were in danger in “becoming inundated” by Indian Creek. A flood warning was issued for Indian Creek. The Kansas City Police Department and Kansas City Fire Department will be going door-to-door around the area of Indian Creek from 103rd and State Line Road to Wornall Road, along with the area of 99th and Holmes.  Residents will be asked to voluntarily evacuate.  Indian Creek, in that area, is expected to crest at 28.6 feet, which is higher than July 27. It has already reached a record high of 18.3 feet. KCFD Chief Paul Berardi says emergency crews are working to rescue a woman trapped in a tree near 101st Street and Wornall Road. He says the woman is in a tree, surrounded by the rushing waters of Indian Creek and says crews are waiting for water to recede in order to safely rescue her. Fire crews...

On the morning that Alfonso Maldonado Silva was set to argue his first case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, Ca., he was too nervous to even drink a glass of juice for breakfast. So he decided to head to court early to review the case one last time. He said a short prayer asking for wisdom, then he showered, dressed in a neatly pressed gray suit , and on an overcast morning last April, headed out the door with his evidence binder in hand. He had been up since 5 a.m. Maldonado, a third- year law student at Western State College of Law in Orange County, had left nothing to chance. This would be his first time arguing a case in court before any judge. So he had arrived the night before to stay in a Pasadena hotel to avoid the clogged commute from his Corona apartment during rush-hour. The only thing on the 28-year-old’s mind was the law.
