BARCELONA, Spain — The Latest on the Spain attacks (all times local): 5:15 a.m. Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has asked people to pray for a young Australian boy who is missing after a vehicle attack on a popular Barcelona promenade that killed 13 people. Turnbull said Saturday that the boy's mother was badly injured and is in a hospital following Friday's attack at the Las Ramblas promenade . Turnbull says the boy's family is searching for him. He did not release the boy's name. Turnbull says: "All of us as parents know the anguish his father is going through, and his whole family is going through, as they rush to seek to find him in Barcelona." "One day I discovered I am without home," former Glenbrook tenant and Iraqi refugee Tamara Al Thanoon told KTVB. Many refugees were among those told to leave their homes and given 30 days notice to find a new place to live in a city they were still unfamiliar with. It was because the property owner s were going to remodel the apartment complex and raise rent by hundreds of dollars. CAMBRILS, SPAIN — There were just a few tourists eating lazy lunches at pavement tables on Friday in this small seaside town just 90 minutes from Barcelona, where just twelve hours ago diners abandoned their paellas and carafes of wine and ran screaming into nearby shops in fear for their lives. But now the scene is serene — though the cafes and restaurants are much quieter than on a typical Friday in August — with a long beach full of sunbathers, families swimming in the sea, and a few pleasure boats floating in the distance. BELLEVUE -- There were tears of joy in Bellevue on Friday evening, as residents of Highland Village Apartments were told they could stay in their homes. The plan to save one of the last affordable housing options in the area was unveiled to residents during a community meeting. The City of Bellevue, the King County Housing Authority , and members of the state legislature all worked together to make it happen. "For Bellevue, this was in a sense a test of, do we really mean we want to work on affordable housing ?  And this was an opportunity that came up to make something happen and we were determined to do that," said Bellevue Mayor John Stokes .
