Everyone knows that Boston apartment rents are either steady or increasing (and, in the case of steady, that means not falling all that much). But the analyses that often paint this reality cull from both luxury apartment buildings and the region’s more utilitarian fare. A new report from real estate listings site Boston Pads seeks to separate the non-luxury apartments from the luxury spreads in amenity-laden buildings to provide a snapshot of how much it costs to rent your average one- or two-bedroom home. It turns out that even removing the luxury apartments means that tony Back Bay is the most expensive area for renting either a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom. The management really cares i would give 10 stars if i could! If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. First of all, They took over 13 days to tell me that I had been approved for an apartment. They didn't even call me to let me know. I had to call them. Then the day I was going to go ahead and put down a holding deposit on an apartment, they had a fire the previous day which obviously means that their first priority is finding a temporary place in vacant apartments so I still did not know if I was actually going to get an apartment. The guy in the front office told me by the end of the day that they would call me and let me know if there would be an apartment for me after all.
