The 232-unit Class-A multifamily community is the firm’s third acquisition in the Austin metro area following the acquisition of a total 808 apartment units in November 2014 and January 2015. Las Vegas police say two people died and two others were hospitalized in an apparent homicide at an apartment complex Tuesday night . Cops say the shots rang out at 10:19 p.m. at the Broadstone Talavera Apartments at 2251 South Fort Apache Rd., KLAS-TV reported. Officers arriving on the scene found two victims dead and first responders rushed two males with gun wounds to University Medical Center , according to the Las Vegas Review -Journal. The status of the two hospitalized victims was unknown early Wednesday and cops have yet to arrest any suspects in connection with the shooting, the newspaper reported.
